How far in advance should I book my appointment?

It is advisable to book your appointment well in advance. After completing your service, we highly recommend scheduling your next appointment before leaving the salon. For first-time services, such as consultation appointments, please contact our office to schedule your service appointment.

Yes, appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance for your convenience.

It is recommended to arrive five minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Additionally, please allocate time for parking if you are coming by car.

Kindly provide a 48-hour notice prior to contacting us.

 Should you be running late for your appointment, please inform us. Appointments delayed by more than 15 minutes may require rescheduling.

Should I shampoo my hair before my appointment at the salon?

It is not recommended that you shampoo your hair. Our salon includes this service with all treatments as well as other services.
